A1 Security is a security solutions provider that works with business owners who want to protect their property and their people. They help clients by providing innovative security solutions and a dedicated professional team, and ensure their security 24/7.

Unlike competitors they don’t force our clients into long term contracts, and can handle complex security requirements throughout Canada. 

The Problem

There was no clear marketing strategy to appeal to customers and grow the business. The sales team relied on word of mouth referrals and networking to bring in new customers. The company websites did not generate any leads, and could not be found easily in web searches by potential customers.

A Web Presence Audit clearly showed why the online presence of A1 Security was not effective at generating leads. 

Together with the client we established a clear online marketing strategy, identifying the ideal target audience of the company, and how it differentiates itself from competitors. 

This core message was clearly presented on a new website launched in December 2018.

On a monthly basis we generate content for the website and the Google Business Profile, and optimize the website for search engine ranking and local findability

The Result

Results are tracked on the basis of Lead Value. This is captured by recording every phone call from the website and Google My Business, as well as all form fills on the website. A value is assigned to each interaction based on client value and conversion rate of the business. These values are agreed-upon with our clients, and regularly reviewed.

In the period May 2021 to April 2022 the web presence of A1 Security generated 430 goal completions with a total lead value of almost $190,000, a 30% year-over-year growth, representing more than 6x Return on Investment.
