About Lift & Shift
Lift & Shift Inc is a B2B Reward Program specialist that works with large and medium-sized B2B companies who want to grow. They help their clients with custom-built performance-based reward programs which incrementally increase revenue and profit margin at a cost of less than 4% of revenue.

The Problem
Lift & Shift competes with companies which are substantially bigger. As a relative newcomer in the industry of B2B loyalty programs they needed a website and digital marketing strategy to quickly establish and grow their online presence.
Engagement Details
Together with the team at Lift & Shift we created a Digital Marketing Strategy. We identified and clearly defined the Ideal Client and their needs. Unique Selling Propositions were defined based on competitive research and client interviews. A brand narrative was created, and used to create the core website content.
We then created a website on the Duda platform and a Digital Marketing System to continuously optimize and enhance the web presence of Lift & Shift. It includes:

A custom Return on Investment Calculator assists potential clients assessing the ROI of a custom B2B Loyalty Programme by Lift & Shift. We created the algorithm behind the calculator based on the experience the company has gained from their clients over the years.
Sales Intelligence
Our Sales Intelligence platform provides the Lift & Shift sales team with the following functionality:
- Call tracking and recording of phone calls to the various platforms (website, Google Business Profile, Bing Ads etc.)
- Tracking of anonymous visitors to the website generating information based on their IP address
- Connecting website activity with CRM and email marketing platform for visibility on lead activity
- “Who’s Shopping” functionality: creating lead lists of people looking for a loyalty programme based on their online activity
- Contact lookup functionality to generate lists for cold outreach based on industry, company size, location and job function.
