We provide small and medium sized business internet consulting and marketing consulting based on clear objectives we establish together, and ongoing measurement of Key Performance Indicators. 
You will have a measurable and practical Online Marketing Strategy, and you can rest assured that the right marketing tactics are chosen, and that they are implemented and managed effectively. We will plan, manage and support the execution of online marketing activities by your team, participating in team meetings as and when necessary. Your team will engage with us based on agreed-upon lines of
co-operation and we will report to you on an ongoing basis.
You will receive recommendations for the use of external resources for individual marketing tasks to ensure the optimal resource for each requirement. Individual marketing tasks can be carried out by us or by 3rd party service providers in which case we assist in selecting the provider and overseeing execution.

OUR APPROACH

The first two months of the Strategic Marketing Consultancy is dedicated to Discovery and the establishment of an Online Marketing Strategy. In this process we create a “road map” for the company and accountability of each individual.
Discovery includes an in-depth look at your operations, technical setup, workflow, team responsibilities etc. It also includes a comprehensive Web Presence Audit, which shows the weaknesses of your web presence, and opportunities to optimize your Online Marketing. 
In the Online Marketing Strategy we define your Target Audience, Key Differentiators and Core Message. This is a nimble process, which shows quick results and gives us clear and measurable targets.
Based on the Online Marketing Strategy we define a 6-month rolling Marketing Plan. This includes a plan for the creation of Content answering to the needs and desires of your Ideal Clients, marketing campaigns to be executed e.g. for events, and the implementation of the right Online Marketing Tools and Tactics.

  • A comprehensive Web Presence Audit, which reviews your online presence in detail, shows weaknesses and opportunities of your online marketing, and gives a road-map for optimizing your web presence. 
  • Actionable Online Marketing Strategy with clear objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established in co-operation with you, as well as a Marketing Plan with a schedule of activities and responsibilities.
  • Measurement of KPIs in regular monthly reports and quarterly review.
  • Recommendation, initiation, budgeting and planning of marketing campaigns.
  • Process management to ensure timely execution.
  • Vetting and recommendation of 3rd party service providers where necessary.
  • Training of staff for implementation of marketing tactics, introduced tools and procedures.
  • Quality control on activities by staff and suppliers.

YOUR INVESTMENT

You compensate us for our commitment to your success, our investment in your business, and for ongoing access to our expertise, resources, and network. Ultimately, of course, you want the compensation to be made for results achieved. After a period of six months we will together evaluate the results achieved and the time spent by our team to ensure that our fee is based on the value we bring to your company rather than the hours consumed.
